What's in it
The protein comes from whey protein isolate and milk protein, which supply about 2.1 g of the leucine. Another 0.9 g of added L-leucine brings the bar to 3.0 g, within the 2.5 to 3 g leucine threshold research suggests for one meal. - Cacao Salt: dark cacao, crisp, sea salt.

A note from Luke
Most protein bars don't print how much leucine they contain. Leucent 3.0 puts that number on the front of the wrapper, and I can't wait to see what people make of it.
